A World-Class Hospitality and Culinary School Now in Armenia
Apicius Armenia opens in September 2025, making premier hospitality and culinary education available in Dilijan.
Partnering with Italy's Apicius International School of Hospitality at Florence University of the Arts, the school offers a unique and full range of academic opportunities, combining classroom learning with practical training as part of our Experiential Learning component.

Our three program directions are:
Academic Programs in Hospitality Management and Food and Wine Studies (taught in English)
• 2-year professional program with an option to finish the second year in Florence, Italy

Professional Development Trainings for people already working in the industry, covering topics like sustainable hospitality and restaurant management, and wine expertise
• Short-term programs from 1 day to 3 weeks

Amateur Classes for everyone who wants to learn cooking skills and enjoy food and wine tastings

Students will receive internationally recognized certificates, with access to long-term career support and networking opportunities.

Our faculty body consists of seasoned Italian and international professionals, chefs, sommeliers, and hospitality experts who provide students with mentorship and hands-on industry knowledge throughout the entire learning process.
