These scholarships are specifically for students with demonstrated financial need and strong personal drive. We expect our scholarship recipients to be engaged, responsible, and ready for significant personal and professional growth during their time at Apicius.

Admission Criteria
To be eligible for these scholarships, applicants must meet the following

High School DiplomaProof of a high school diploma
or an equivalent qualification -
Local ResidencyPermanent residence in Dilijan or nearby communities (proof of address or residency is required) -
Financial NeedDemonstrated financial need, with a household annual income of less than €6,000. -
Program InterestA strong interest in culinary arts, hospitality, or wellness, expressed through a motivation letter or a short video
To be considered for these scholarships, you must apply for our program
in the month of July.

Selection Criteria
Beyond the admission requirements, candidates will be evaluated based on

Community CommitmentPreference may be given to applicants who express a clear willingness to work in or contribute to the Dilijan community after graduation. - MotivationSubmit a compelling motivation letter
(500-600 words) or a video (2-4 minutes) addressing ONE of the given prompts - Financial NeedSubmission of household financial information to verify annual income.
