The Apicius International Hospitality School, specializing in hospitality management, food, wine, and healthcare, will soon open its doors in Dilijan. The latter is the Armenian representation of the Italian educational institution of the same name. The school will be an important international hospitality school in the region, aimed at developing the culture of gastronomy, hospitality, and a healthy lifestyle.

Two residents of Dilijan will receive scholarships to study at the Apicius Armenia International Hospitality School. They will spend the first year of their studies in Dilijan and the second year in Florence, Italy.

These scholarships are intended for young people living in Dilijan or nearby communities who are interested in the culinary and hospitality industries, but do not have the financial means to pursue a relevant education. Each scholarship will fully cover the costs of a two-year educational program: the first year in Dilijan at Apicius Armenia (value: €3,500), and the second year in Florence at Apicius International (value: €10,000).

The Ambassador of the Republic of Italy to Armenia, Alessandro Ferranti, hosted Massimo Boccus, a representative of the prestigious Apicius International Hospitality School, at the Italian Embassy. The latter was hosted at the Embassy as part of the preparations for the official opening of the new Apicius Armenia International Hospitality School, which will open in Dilijan this fall.
