Apicius Armenia International School of Hospitality opened in September 2025 in Dilijan, Armenia.

The school was established through a collaboration between Green Rock Foundation and Apicius International School of Hospitality in Florence, Italy, one of the leading professional schools of Florence University of the Arts – The American University of Florence.
Apicius Armenia brings world-class European hospitality education to the region, with a strong focus on hands-on, experiential learning from the very first day of studies.

The school offers two-year academic programs in two main directions:
  • Hospitality Management
  • Food, Wine, and Wellness Studies
Students have the opportunity to start their education in Dilijan and continue the second year of studies in Florence, Italy.

Application Process
STEP BY STEP
  • Online Application
    At this stage, the applicant fills in personal and contact information and uploads their passport and education-related documents.

  • Online Video Interview
    At this stage, the applicant answers 11 questions related to the hospitality industry and their personal experience.

  • Application Fee
    After submitting the application, the applicant is required to pay AMD 10,000 as an application fee.

  • Admission Decision
    After reviewing the application, the school informs the applicant of the admission
    decision (Acceptance or Refusal Email) within the established timeframe.

  • Tuition Information
    The acceptance letter also includes detailed information regarding tuition fees.

  • Submission of Required Documents for Scholarship Application
    Applicants must submit financial documents, a motivation letter, certificates or recommendation letters related to volunteer work, as well as other required documents. The full list will be provided in advance.

  • Payment of Advance / Deposit
    Before applying for the scholarship, it is necessary to pay an advance/deposit equivalent to EUR 100 in Armenian drams.

  • Scholarship Application Requirements
    Applicants must submit financial documents, a motivation letter, certificates or recommendation letters related to volunteer work, and other required documents. The full list will be provided in advance.

  • Final Confirmation and Contracts
    Contracts are signed only after the final confirmation of the application.

  • Introductory and Orientation Sessions
    Successfully admitted students participate in introductory and orientation sessions, during which they are introduced to the school structure, academic process and schedule, student code of conduct, as well as the institution’s mission, values, and internal culture..
