| Full or Partial Tuition Support for Students with Financial Need The NextStep scholarships cover either full (€13,000 total) or partial tuition for students studying at Apicius Armenia in Dilijan (Year 1) and Florence, Italy (Year 2), based on demonstrated financial need. |

Admissions Criteria
Proof of a high school diploma or equivalent
Strong demonstrated financial need
Passion for culinary arts, hospitality management, or wellness
Shown through a motivation letter or short video
Willingness to commit to working with a partner company for at least 2 years after graduation
English level not lower than Lower Intermediate
